📦 Order Processing Time

  • All orders are custom-made and typically ship within 5–7 business days.

  • During peak seasons or sales, processing times may be slightly extended — but we’ll keep you updated every step of the way.

🚚 Shipping Time & Delivery

  • Most orders are delivered within 7–14 days of purchase.

  • We ship from Wilmington, Delaware, so shipping times may vary depending on your location.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on the way.

⚡ Rush Shipping

Need your order faster? Rush shipping is available at checkout.
If you have a tight deadline, please text or call us right away — we’ll do everything possible to meet your timeline.

💸 Shipping Rates

  • FREE standard shipping is included with all orders shipped to a single address.

  • Want to ship to multiple addresses? No problem — it's just $10 per additional address (flat rate).

🌎 Where We Ship

Currently, we only ship within the United States.

📬 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is delayed or lost by the carrier, please notify us so we can help file a claim and work with you on a resolution.

  • If your items arrive damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos and details, and we’ll take care of it.

🔄 Changes to Shipping Info

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us within 24 hours. Once your order has shipped, we may not be able to update the address.
