📦 What is your turnaround time?
Most orders ship within 24 hours, and arrive within 1-3 business days. Rush options are available at checkout for faster delivery and we offer local pickup 24 hours a day (we have a secure pickup box).
💸 Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer FREE shipping on all standard orders to one address over $100.
🚚 Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can also contact us anytime for real-time updates.
❌ Do you have minimum order requirements?
When building your gang sheets you will have a list of sizes available to you. There is no minimum (or maximum) on quantity.
We do have a minimum image resolution we will accept and print. The gang sheet builder will automatically assist you with that. The minimum is 200ppi.
🖼️ How do I upload my artwork or logo?
You can upload your design directly on the product page while placing your order.
📁 What file types do you accept?
We prefer vector files like .eps, .svg, or .pdf for the best print quality. If you have a .png or .jpeg the gang sheet builder will let you know if it is printable/usable.
🎨 Can I design multiple custom items in one order?
Of course! Just add each item separately with its unique design to your cart before checking out.
❓ Can I cancel or change my order after it's placed?
You have 1 hour (because we get working right away) after placing your order to cancel or make changes. After that, we may still be able to help — but contact us ASAP so we can try!
🔁 What’s your return and refund policy?
We stand behind our work. Returns are accepted for defective, incorrect, or misprinted items. All issues must be reported within 6 hours of delivery. Contact us at dtf@ftfdesignco.com and we’ll make it right.
